For my third city, I unlocked the milestone before the last one. I have little over 50000 Cim living in my city and I really like it (though feel the vibe to make a new town/city). However, I have an issue with "not enough raw materials" in my industrial area. How do I fix that? I uploaded four screenshots to show what I mean. They are the latest screenshots, one that shows the problem.

This not helped by the AI, but to put it simply, this is how it falls down: 1 you plop a couple of raw material sites, a warehouse and a processor. 2 the raw material begins work but the processor wants goods right now so it orders an import delivery as there is currently no raw material available.
